Analyses generated by Artificial Intelligence (including calorie estimates, body fat percentage, body composition projections, and meal plans) are estimates based on computational patterns and should not be considered a medical diagnosis, nutritional prescription, or treatment for any health condition.
Always consult a doctor, nutritionist, or qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CalorIA tools on any platform (web or mobile application), you expressly consent to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set forth herein, you should not use the service.
2 Description of Service
CalorIA is a nutritional monitoring and wellness platform that provides support to the user through:
- Photographic food recognition for estimating calories and macronutrients.
- Analysis of body photos for body fat percentage estimation and visual progress projections.
- Calculation of personalized daily calorie goals.
- Gamification features (XP, daily streaks, levels, and achievements).
You acknowledge and accept that features based on Artificial Intelligence utilize third-party APIs (such as Inteligência Artificial) and depend on external factors for accuracy; the infallibility of the results is not guaranteed.
3 User Accounts and Registration
To enjoy all features of the platform, you must register by providing a valid email address and a secure password. It is your duty to:
- Provide true, up-to-date, and complete information.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of your login details, not sharing them with third parties.
- Immediately notify the CalorIA team of any suspected security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts showing signs of fraud, abusive sharing, or violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
4 Medical Disclaimer
CalorIA does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or healthcare treatment. The use of the platform is solely informative and educational.
- Nutritional information and guidelines generated by the AI do not replace clinical examinations or meal plans prescribed by nutritionists.
- Before starting any restrictive diet plan or exercise routine based on app estimates, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- If you have a history of eating disorders, kidney or liver disease, or diabetes, consult your doctor before tracking calories or using the app.
5 Plans, Subscriptions and Refunds
CalorIA offers a free plan supported by ads and Premium subscription options with advanced features and ad-free navigation.
- Subscription and Billing: Premium subscriptions are processed and billed directly by the store corresponding to your operating system (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless cancellation is done in your device settings at least 24 hours before expiration.
- Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation stops the next billing, keeping Premium access until the end of the current period. Refunds must be requested directly from Google or Apple payment platforms, in accordance with the purchase policies of each store.
6 Intellectual Property
All materials contained in the CalorIA app and website, including trademarks, logos, designs, source code, algorithms, illustrations, and text, are protected by intellectual property rights belonging exclusively to CalorIA Technology.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on CalorIA without our prior written authorization.
7 Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to use CalorIA ethically and legally. It is prohibited to:
- Submit photos or data containing pornographic, violent, racist, or illegal material.
- Exploit bugs, errors, or use bots/automated scripts to extract information from the app (scraping).
- Simulate or forge requests to our servers or linked APIs.
- Attempt to manipulate or cheat XP scores or global rankings.
8 Limitation of Liability
CalorIA is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of processing delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalorIA Technology shall not be liable for any health losses, unrealized fitness results, or damages resulting from calorie estimation errors or technical problems preventing timely service.
9 Changes to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be notified via the app or website. Continued use of the platform after the publication of new terms constitutes agreement and compliance with the new rules.
