• Public ranking: display name and level on the global leaderboard (only data you consent to share)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.

3 Artificial Intelligence Processing

CalorIA uses the Google AI API (Artificial Intelligence service from Google LLC) to process images of foods, menus, and body photos. By submitting an image for analysis, you consent to:

• The image being transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to Google servers for processing
• The analysis result being stored in your personal history on nossos servidores
• Images may be processed on servers outside Brazil, in accordance with the Google Privacy Terms

Important limitations: CalorIA analyses are statistical estimates. Accuracy may vary depending on image quality, lighting, angle, and food complexity. Exact nutrient values should be checked on food labels or with a nutritionist.

Body photos and composition analysis

Photos sent for fat percentage analysis or evolution comparison are processed by CalorIA and, when authorized by you, saved locally on the device. We never publish or share your body photos without your explicit authorization.

4 Data Sharing

Your data may be shared only in the following situations:

Service providers (processors)

• Google Play / Apple App Store: Subscription payment processing

Public data (Ranking)

The global ranking only displays: first name, current level, and Premium status indicator. You can request the deletion of your public profile at any time in the app settings.

Social sharing (at your discretion)

When you use the "Share" feature to post achievements, meals, or results on social media, you are the one who initiates and controls this sharing. CalorIA does not publish anything without your explicit action.

Legal obligations

We may disclose your data when required by law, court order, or competent government authority, always notifying you when legally permitted.

5 Security

We have implemented the following security measures:

8 Minors
